I want my cousin to survive this difficult situation

Hi! My name is Yuji and this is my cousin's fundraising program. My cousin has Pneumonia and previously diagnosed with PTB. however PTB was a medical history that sadly remove one of his lungs right now his fighting for his life with Pneumonia his family is not rich. and we live in Philippines in a province called Iloilo City. 

My aunt got the papers for the medical bills laboratory alone the bill got 80k in pesos already. so I'm asking please help out as much as you can even if that's only a dollar. a dollar that could save another persons life. A single dollar that could make a difference please HELP me save my cousin he NEEDS medicines and treatments.
