I want to join the Vietnamese Army!

Nice to meet you! I'm Kim Ha-Neul and I'm from Busan, South Korea!

I would really love to move to Vietnam in 4 years, to join its Army. That's my dream. That's why I would like to travel first there to see how is that wonderful country with my own eyes!

I want to know Vietnam before living there

I'm interested in foreign countries since the second year of junior high school. I love to know more and more about other cultures and countries, and my dream since then was always to travel abroad.

But Vietnam is the country I like the most. It's a country with good weather, nice and gentle people and a very interesting culture. It's a calm and cheerful country!

I started to use Airtripp to make foreign friends. Here, I could experience how nice Vietnamese are!

Thanks to the pictures that my Vietnamese friends are posting, I can learn about Vietnamese festivals, gastronomy, culture... And that made me like this country even more!

My efforts to make my dream come true

Currently, I'm working in the Korean Army.

I like this job, but you need to use a lot of physical strength and it's not easy.

I'm starting to study Vietnamese. I watch TV shows to get used to Vietnamese language, I chat with my Vietnamese friends.

I'm also doing my best to improve my English, learning new words and expressions.

Of course, I'm also trying to save money for my dream, although I would like to give most of my savings to my parents, that haven't been able to travel abroad yet.

Details on needed funds

I need around $ 1000 to buy the flight ticket and afford lodging and food expenses in Vietnam. I will try to add all the savings I get until the trip, and then I would need $ 600 to make my dream come true!

Schedule

I would like to travel to Vietnam on February of next year.

Especially, I want to visit the city of Ho chi minh, enjoy the country, visit touristic spots and meet my Airtripp friends.

Also I would like to learn about Vietnam as much as possible, to get ready for my future there!
